I see no Ghosts
I am no Sylvia Plath
writhing in Anger and Pain


instead I choose to Wallow
Luxuriate on my sofa
with my puter and pen
and the remote control
nearby


I safely splatter
poetic Droppings
whilst sitting 
on the couch
